I had an amazing stay at this hotel with wonderful views over Erbil and as far as the mountains in the distance from my comfortable room, fully equipped with high-quality amenities. The rooms felt truly 5-star with generous sizing, providing a luxurious experience. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and efficient staff who made sure everything was sorted quickly. The location is top-notch, being right in the center of the city and just a short distance from many attractions. The dining options were diverse and satisfying, offering a variety of choices. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for the money.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were extremely generous, providing a very big and comfortable bed, an attached dressing area, and a separate sitting room. Everything was in very good order, and the fast free wifi and good choice of TV channels were a nice touch. The rooms were spotless daily, ensuring a clean and cozy environment. However, the only downside was that the scheduling for certain services was a bit off.
